[On instinct, Garrett tried to fight, but Steve's reflexes were simply faster than his, and his strength greater, meaning the man was able to toss Garrett to the ground like a ragdoll and pin him down like it was nothing. Well, maybe not nothing, Garrett was still monstrously strong and able to put up a decent fight, but his struggling was for naught. His heart pounded in his throat with the knowledge that this man was stronger, faster, and definitely fueled by the same Hell-induced madness that drove good men to acts of violence.
